Quick And Healthy Bean Salad

DO NOT under ANY circumstance let the word healthy throw you off! This salad is 100% delish! Fresh, savory and slightly spicy it is a great compliment to any Mexican fiesta or as a quick lunch all on its own!

Combine all ingredients in medium sized bowl

1- 15 oz can kidney beans, drained (black, red or pintos work as well:)

1- 15 oz can whole kernel sweet corn, drained (white shoepeg works also:)

1- 4.5 oz can chopped green chilies (optional, for added spice and heat:)

3- medium roma tomatoes, seeded and chopped

1/2 of a small red onion, diced

1/2 teaspoon cumin

sea salt to taste (regular table or kosher salt works great too:)

Mix and enjoy! Serves 4. Although you probably won’t have any, leftovers should be stored in the fridge.:)
