Pastry Cream Mousseline With Rasberries And Vanilla Wafers

Here is another easy application for the pastry cream mousseline I used for the baby shortcakes. It’s a fun and light summer dessert and the best part is, you can doll it up anyway you like! NO.LIMITS! Chocolate shavings, toasted coconut, banana slices, granola, etc. I do recommend serving it in some sort of stemmed glass! It’s just so pretty that way!:)
